| Paringa Estate Winery was established at Red Hill on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula by owners Lindsay and Margaret McCall in 1985.
The home property has 10 acres (4.2 hectares) of vines, and the current winery and Restaurant building was constructed in 1998 on the same site as the original smaller winery shed. Since 2003 a further 32 acres (12.8 hectares) of leased/managed vineyard has substantially added to the Estate’s source of premium quality fruit.
