Winemaking
The fruit for this wine is sourced from our 20 year old Thacore vineyard in Callanans Road. The wine was cool temperature tank fermented to retain maximum fragrance and fruit characteristics.
Wine Notes
The bouquet of this wine has fragrant lime and citrus fruit aromas. The palate has restrained spicy lime and citrus with a crisp dry finish. While excellent drinking in the first 2 to 3 years, these wines are showing the potential for considerable ageing, especially now under screw cap.
Serve chilled.
