Celebrate Valentines day with a 6 course degustation in our chefs hatted restaurant. Our chef will guide you on a culinary journey  through the season and the Mornington Peninsula.  $145pp including a glass of Champagne Pol Roger and a rose for your loved one.

Zuchini Flowers filled with Morton Bay Bug Mousse, hazelnut  dressing

King George Whiting, Bubaganoush, coriander and fennel

‘Bone Marrow’ Potato filled with Venison, ponzu, wasabi creme fraiche

Duck Breast, cherry jus, butter beans

Char Grilled Wagyu, tomato salsa, black garlic, crunchy sprouts
